“I had an issue with my pool heater pump and contacted Crystal Clear Pools from this website. I also called them and sent a text. Chris the owner responded to my text to alert me that I had the wrong company. I told Him the city where I live, and he said they do not service my area. Then he sent another text mentioning that the issue I explained was a simple fix. I inquired how to go about fixing it myself and he told me how to. I looked up on google to visually validate repairs and ordered the water temperature sensor he suggested went bad. I installed the sensor in 15 minutes and my pool heater pump is working great. My point is, Chris took the time to diagnose the issue I communicated and suggested the correct course of action to fix it myself. I have not encountered many companies who are willing to offer help for free. Chris honesty, integrity and kindness separates Him and His company from many I have worked with in this industry.
